1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Ceylon Travel Club website or engaging any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, please discontinue use of this website and our services immediately.

 2 About Ceylon Travel Club
Ceylon Travel Club is a registered  travel services provider based in Sri Lanka, specialising in bespoke travel experiences, ground transportation, accommodation arrangements, guided excursions, and related hospitality services throughout the island. 

3 Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be confirmed in writing via email or an approved booking channel.A deposit of 30% of the total tour value is required upon confirmation and is non-refundable.The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the commencement date of travel, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.All quoted fares are denominated in the currency stated on your invoice.

4 Cancellations & RefundsAll cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following charges apply based on the notice period before your arrival date:Cancellation schedulev 30 or more days prior to arrival — forfeiture of deposit onlyv 15 to 29 days prior to arrival — 50% of the total tour costv 14 days or fewer prior to arrival — 100% of the total tour costv No refunds are issued for no-shows or for any portion of services that remain unused once a tour has commenced.  

5 Itinerary Modifications
Ceylon Travel Club reserves the right to adjust or alter any itinerary where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so — including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, civil disruptions, transportation issues, or safety considerations. Where changes are required, we will endeavour to provide comparable alternatives of equivalent value at no additional cost to the client.

6 Travel Insurance
Ceylon Travel Club strongly urges all travellers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Recommended coverage includes:
Emergency medical treatment and hospitalisation
Loss, theft, or damage to personal baggage
Trip interruption, cancellation, or delay
Personal liability

Ceylon Travel Club shall not be held responsible for any financial loss or hardship arising from the absence of adequate travel insurance. 

7  Liability Limitations
Ceylon Travel Club operates as an intermediary, arranging services on behalf of independent hotels, transport operators, and other third-party suppliers. We do not accept liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults of such third parties.Furthermore, Ceylon Travel Club accepts no responsibility for loss, personal injury, property damage, or delays arising from circumstances outside our control, including natural disasters, force majeure events, political instability, or airline disruptions.

8 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceedings arising from or connected to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
